so my new friends, amanda and kindall, had a lovely crawfish boil for amanda's birthday. it was so much fun. cookie cake, crawfish, pools in the back of pick up trucks, tequila shots (done), cowboy boots, sun, and dancing to tegan and sarah in the rain. loverrrrly.

hot yoga

just started doing hot yoga and if i stick with it (plan on it) then it might be the best thing that i've done for myself in a long time. a whole hour where i think about nothing but myself. and afterwards? never felt better.
